Mary listened to me when searching for what I was looking for and was able to zero in on what my needs were. she took me through to almost buying one house when my dream home came available that had been under contract previously but which the original short sale fell through. within 2 days I came into town and viewed the house and got it under contract while undoing the first deal in a professional manner. she then went through all the hassles that a short sale requires and we were able to close the deal.
